These terms cover your use of the Kleon website and the Kleon app. By using either, you agree to them.

Who we are

Kleon is operated by Nil Amber Uğur, based in Turkey. You can reach us at info@kleon.app.

The Kleon app

• Kleon is a Mac app that checks where an app appears in App Store search results and keeps the history on your own Mac.
• You are responsible for the apps and keywords you choose to track, and for how you use what the app shows you.
• Kleon reads publicly available App Store results. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.
• Apple may change or limit how its endpoints respond, including by blocking requests. Kleon paces its requests to avoid this, but cannot guarantee that a check will always succeed.

Purchases and licenses

• Kleon is sold through Polar (polar.sh), the merchant of record. Polar processes the payment, adds any sales tax at checkout and sends your receipt and license key. Polar's terms also apply to the purchase.
• Prices are in US dollars. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Polar's customer portal; Kleon keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. The lifetime plan is a single payment.
• One license key works on up to 3 Macs that you use. You may move it between your Macs by deactivating one first. Do not share, resell or publish your key. We may revoke a key that is shared or used in breach of these terms.
• The app checks the license about once a day. If it cannot reach the license server, it keeps working for a while and then asks you to connect.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. There is no free trial, so if Kleon does not work for you, ask Polar at support@polar.sh within 14 days of your first purchase, from the email address you bought with, for a full refund. This applies once per customer. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next one. A refunded license is revoked. Polar decides each request under its own terms and may decline one that looks like abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds. This does not limit any right to a refund that the law where you live gives you.

About the results

A ranking shows what the App Store returned at the moment of the check, in one country, for one word. It can differ from what another person sees, and it can change within minutes. Results are provided for information, and we do not promise they are complete, current or error-free. When a check fails, Kleon shows the result as unknown and does not record a value.

The website

• You may read and share this website for personal and business use.
• The Kleon name, icon and the images and text on this site belong to us or to their respective owners. Do not copy them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
• The site describes the product as it is intended to work. Features may change before and after release.

Liability

The website and the app are provided "as is", without promises beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, the website or the app, including decisions you make from the rankings shown.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Turkey, except where the law of the place you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.

Privacy and changes

How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
